This policy explains what information Echo Chamber Entertainment ("we") collects on echochamberentertainment.com, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: echo.chamber.entertainment@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, password (stored securely by our login provider; we never see it), and anything you add to your profile, like a display name or Discord username.
• Purchases and subscriptions: what you bought, when, the amount, and your subscription status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Security information: when you're signed in, the IP address and country you use, and when we last saw them. We use this to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
• Team applications: what you type into the application form. We keep it, with our decision, so you can see the status on your Account page.
• Visit counts: how many times each page is viewed each day. This contains no IP address, cookie or account information.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver what you buy, provide support, review applications, keep the site secure, and understand which pages are popular. We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising trackers.

Who helps us run the site

• Supabase: accounts and our database.
• Stripe: payments, receipts and billing.
• Netlify: hosting and our application form.
• Discord: our team gets private notifications about new orders and applications. If you choose to link your Discord account, our bot learns your Discord ID and whether you have Echo Vision, so it can give you the right roles. If you have an Echo Vision subscription, the bot may send you a private Discord message before it renews or if a payment fails. You can unlink at any time on your Account page.
• YouTube and Twitch: embedded videos and live status. YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while you have an account and as long as needed for legal and tax records. IP addresses are deleted after 180 days. Daily visit counts are kept for about a year.

Your choices

You can update your profile, email and password on the Account page. To get a copy of your information or delete your account, email echo.chamber.entertainment@gmail.com from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.

By using echochamberentertainment.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the site, or attempt fraud.

3D models

When you buy a model you get a license to use it; you don't buy the copyright. You may use purchased models in personal and commercial projects, such as games, videos, renders and 3D prints. You may not resell, share or give away the model files themselves, or claim them as your own work.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your Account page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change, and we'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, access other people's accounts, or use the site for anything illegal.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Refund policy

3D models

Because models are digital downloads, sales are generally final once you've downloaded the files. We will refund you if, within 14 days of purchase:

• the file won't download or open and we can't fix it, or
• the model is clearly different from its description, or
• you were charged twice by mistake.

When a refund is issued, your access to the download ends.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your Account page. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or if something went wrong on our side.

How to ask for a refund

Email echo.chamber.entertainment@gmail.com or message us on Discord with the email on your account and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
